A murder suspect is in custody. Police arrested 26-year old Marcarious Jarvis Gerard yesterday
in Beaumont for the May 27th murder of Steve Summerville. Summerville was shot at the Avery
Trace Apartments in Port Arthur. Gerard is jailed under a $1.5 million bond.
