A man charged with three counts of intoxication manslaughter for a Port Arthur wreck appeared in a
Jefferson County courtroom yesterday. On May 20th, 25-year old Chance Craddock was
traveling on Highway 82 when he crossed into oncoming lane striking a vehicle killing
35-year old Lamberia McDaniel,her 13-year old daughter Ariana Washington, and 32-
year old Danny Nichols. Judge John Stevens set a $1.5 million bond on Craddock. Conditions
of the bond include Craddock must wear an ankle device, must remain under home confinement,
and must have an ignition interlock device on his vehicle.
