A Beaumont man has been indicted by the Jefferson County grand jury for murder. 28-year old
Gregory Ager is charged with the June 5th shooting death of 25-year old Darian Banks. The
shooting occurred at an apartment complex in the 2500 block of Smart Street in Beaumont.
