Beaumont police report an ongoing dispute between two men led to a deadly shooting on
July 4th. Police were called to the Excellent Carwash in the 5000 block of Haden and found47-year old Herbert Bendy III dead from a gunshot wound. Police arrested 36-year old Bryant
Keith Thomas. He has been charged with murder.
