Theresa Balboa, who was arrested in Jasper on June 1st after the body of 5-year old Samuel
Olson was found in her motel room, has been charged with capital murder. She was initially
jailed on a charge of tampering with evidence. Two others, 27-year old Dylan Ray Walker an
27-year old Ben Rivera are charged with tampering with evidence. Balboa is the girlfriend
of Samuel’s father. The mother of Samuel wants to know why his father isn’t in custody.
Sarah Olson accused Dalton Olson putting their child in harm’s way by having Balboa watch
over him.
