Foul play is suspected in the death of a Beaumont resident, whose body was found this past
March in a canal in the 3700 block of Savannah Ave in Port Arthur. Detective believe 24-year
old Cordell Marquis Evans, a transgender also known as Aidelen, was possibly killed in
Beaumont and his body was taken to Port Arthur. Anyone with any information is asked to
