Port Arthur police have released the names of two people that were killed in a collision Monday
morning between a Hotard bus and a commercial dump truck on Highway 82 near the
Causeway Bridge . The driver of the bus, Willie Allen, of Port Arthur, and the driver of the dump
truck Curtis Colvin, of Beaumont, were both pronounced dead at the scene. The bus was
returning to Pleasure Island after dropping off workers at a plant in Southwest Louisiana.
