A fisherman and a man that tried to rescue him both drowned yesterday in Keith Lake in Port
Arthur.70-year old Halil Cakmaktas of Beaumont was working on a fishing net and fell into
the lake. 63-year old Rolando Callero of Port Arthur, was crabbing nearby and jumped into the
lake to assist Cakmaktas. Currents pulled both men away from the shore and they drowned.
