Beaumont police have released the name of a motorcyclist that died in a wreck this past
weekend. 41-year old Mario Reginald Cantu Sr., of Beaumont, was traveling at a high rate
of speed in the 7500 block of College Street when he fell off the moving motorcycle and
was struck by a car. Cantu was pronounced dead at the scene.
