A Jasper woman was killed in a two vehicle wreck yesterday afternoon. 62-year old Louise
Carter crashed into the back of a trailer on Highway 190, near Highway 63. She was pronounced
dead at the scene. The driver of the vehicle pulling the trailer, Samuel Joe Johnson, of
Broaddus, was not seriously hurt. The investigation into the fatality continues.
