The BISD school board has voted 4 to 2 to enact a mask mandate for the district. Board members Joe
Evens, and Kevin Reece voted no. Board member Woodrow Reece was absent. BISD
Superintendent Dr Shannon Allen says she is concerned about how rapidly cases are
developing.
