666 new laws passed during the legislative session go into effect tomorrow. Among the new
laws constitutional carry which allows Texans 21 and over to carry a gun without a license.
Other new laws include beer and wine sales beginning at 10:00 am on Sundays, alcohol to
go during to go food orders, and protesters that block emergency vehicles in a roadway will
face felony charges
