Beaumont police are looking for a murder suspect. 26-year old Ricky James Johnson is accused
of firing shots into a vehicle at the intersection of College and 11th yesterday morning. The
passenger, 23-year old Korey Green of Beaumont, was pronounced dead at the scene. The
driver, a 23-year old Beaumont woman, was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening
injuries. Anyone with information on Ricky James Johnson is asked to contact Crime Stoppers
of Southeast Texas.
