A man jailed in Jefferson County will not have his bond lowered. 39-year old Darrell Wayne
Brown, who was operating an ATV at Terrell Park in Beaumont, is accused of running over
6-year old Carter Osborn, who died. Brown appeared in front of Judge Raquel West yesterday
asking his $1 million bond to be lowered. Judge West denied the request.
