Beaumont police have filed murder and aggravated robbery charges against two suspects
in connection with the August 25th murder of Matthew Dragulski and shooting a second
man paralyzing him. The suspects are a 14-year old and 20-year old Elijah Guillory. Both
are in custody. Both victims were shot in the 2300 block of Hayes. Dragulski was
pronounced dead at the scene. The second victim was hospitalized.
