The Beaumont Public Health Department reported 22 new positive COVID-19 cases in the
city yesterday. The daily number is dropping. As for vaccinations in Jefferson County, 60.1%
of residents 12 years old or older have received the first dose, while 51.7% are fully vaccinated.
7,905 Jefferson County residents have received the booster shot.
