The DPS reports a motorcycle wreck has claimed the life of a Kountze man. 36-year old Glenn
Matthews was traveling south on Highway 69 in Colmesneil when attempted to pass a car and
was struck by car that was pulling off of FM 256 onto Highway 69. Matthews was transported to
the hospital where he died.
