A manslaughter trial is underway in Orange County. 21-year old Valyn Faulk was driving a
car that hit the back of a Waste Management garbage truck in November of 2018. The impact
killed 28-year old Derrick Cane, of Beaumont, who was on the back of the truck on MLK
Drive in Orange. Faulk faces two to 20 years if convicted.
