A man is in the Jasper County jail in connection with a murder. 37-year old Onterrio Brooks is
accused of murdering an elderly female relative at a home on Circle Drive in the Lake Sam
Rayburn area of Brookeland. Brooks was found walking at the intersection of Highway 96 and
FM 1007 this morning and taken into custody.
