37-year old Onterrio Brooks has been charged with murder. Brooks is accused of murdering his
grandmother, 83-year old Annette Seastrunk at her home north of Jasper. Brooks was arrested
Wednesday morning near the intersection of Highway 96 and FM 1007. He remains in the Jasper
County Jail.
