Two are jailed following a pursuit with Jefferson County deputies. Deputies attempted to stop a
pickup on Cardinal Drive when the vehicle sped off. During the chase, a tire on the pickup blew
out on Highway 365. The chase ended on Highway 73 about 30 minutes later. Two people were
arrested.
