A Port Arthur man appeared in a Jefferson County courtroom yesterday where he pleaded
guilty to continuous sexual assault of a child. As part of a plea agreement, 23-year old Eduardo
Jesus Briones, was sentenced to 35 years in prison by Judge John Stevens. Both his victims were
under the age of 12.
