A woman that pleaded guilty for her involvement in the robbery of a Beaumont pharmacy has
been sentenced to 10 years in prison. Lanique Malone, of Beaumont, was sentenced yesterday by
Judge Raquel West for the July 2021 robbery of the CVS Pharmacy in the 2900 block of Dowlen
Road in Beaumont. Two others were also charged in the robbery. 26-year old James Collins is
serving a 25 year sentence and 23-year old Jasmine Stevens is awaiting trial. A 78-year old
woman was injured in the robbery.
