The Texas State Comptroller’s Office annual Back-to-School Tax Free weekend has arrived.
Items priced under $100 may be purchased tax free through Sunday. This includes clothing,
shoes, school supplies, and backpacks. The back-to- school tax free weekend has been an annual
event in Texas since 1999.
