While searching for a missing Port Arthur man Port Arthur police believe they found the body of
a Port Neches man that had been missing since 2008. On July 27ty the family of 43- year old
Elton Dewayne Harris reported him missing in Port Arthur. His body was found Tuesday in a
vehicle submerged in water in the 2900 block of Highway 73. At the same time, divers found
another vehicle in the water with a body. Those remains are believed to belong to a Port Neches
man that was reported missing in 2008.
