A murder trial is scheduled to get underway today in Jefferson County. 22-year old Davion
Mason, of Beaumont, is charged with the November 2022 shooting death of 26-year old Tevin
Moore at the Plymouth Village Apartments in Beaumont. Earlier this year, Mason turned down a
plea agreement that would of sent him to prison for 45 years.
