The Jefferson County grand jury has indicted a woman on a charge of animal cruelty. 42-year
old Michelle Marie Bradford is accused of leaving a dog caged outside a Groves home in the
3100 block of Taft. The dog later died. Bradford could face up to ten years in prison if she is
convicted.
