Beaumont fire investigators are investigating a fatal house fire. Firefighters responded to the
fire in the 4500 block of Dallas Avenue around 9:30 this morning. Once the fire was
extinguished, a body was found inside. An autopsy has been ordered to determine if the cause
of the death is related to the fire. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
