Gas prices are up. Triple A Texas reporting the average price in the Beaumont/Port Arthur area
is up four cents from last week to $3.23 a gallon. The average price across Texas this morning is
also $3.23 a gallon. That is 12 cents higher than last week. The national average jumped 10 cents
to $3.89.
