Tex-Dot has announced they will close the Hamahire Road Overpass at I-10 on October 28th for
demolition. I-10 will be built as an overpass with Hamshire Road rebuilt at ground level
traveling under the interstate. Hamshire Road at that location is expected to reopen in the spring
of 2024.
