A new poll says most Texans from all over the political spectrum expect next month's elections in the state to be conducted fairly. The survey of 12-hundred respondents by Marist College found 76-percent of Democrats and 75-percent of Republicans say they'll trust the outcome. The poll found Texans in agreement regardless of their sex, age, region, income, or education. Only race made a slight difference, with 65-percent of black voters and 69-percent of Hispanics saying they expect fair elections.
