A 44-year old man is jailed after a 14-year old runaway Vidor girl was found in his Jefferson
County home. Deputies found Chelsey Stewart yesterday morning at the home in the 3500
block of 10th Street in Beauxart Garden. John Allen is charged with harboring a runaway. The
teen is with her family.
