A 64-year old Houston man remains in the Jefferson County Correctional Facility following
Friday’s robbery of the Chase Bank on Eastex Freeway in Beaumont. Michael Raymond Karras
was taken into custody in the 2000 block of N. 11th Street. His bond has been set at $500,000.
