A man is on his way to prison for 40 years for an aggravated robbery. Henrique Alberto Rivas
was sentenced for the April 2015 robbery of a man at his home on Goliad Street in Beaumont.
Rivas used a gun in the robbery. The trial occurred in the courtroom of Judge Raquel West.
