Vidor police have released the name of a man that was struck and killed while riding his bike.
39-year old Stephen Caleb Smith was riding east in the westbound lane of the I-10 service
road near Rosewoood Street when he was hit by an oncoming pickup. Smith was pronounced
dead at the scene.
