A 21-year old man shot in the head Saturday in Kirbyville has died. Chase Butler died at
Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont. 25-year old Jadarian Ra’Joan Lee, of
Kirbyville, was arrested yesterday and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
Those charges are expected to be upgraded with the death of Butler. The shooting occurred on
County Road 402 in Kirbyville.
