Port Arthur police are investigating a shooting that occurred around Midnight. The shooting
occurred in a vacant store in the Jefferson City Shopping Center on Twin City Highway. The
victim was transported to Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont. The gunshot wound is
not believed to be life threatening. Police are looking for the gunman.
