A 28-year old woman is in the Orange County Jail charged with murder. Shontasia Garrett is
accused of the Saturday morning shooting that happened in front of a home in the 1800 block
of Church Street in Orange. The victim was transported to Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital in
Beaumont where he died.
