A Beaumont man that pleaded guilty to the murder of his wife appeared in a Jefferson County
courtroom yesterday and was sentenced to 50-years in prison. Terry Barlow was sentenced for the 2021
shooting death of 36-year old Ashley Barlow. Judge Raquel West also sentenced Barlow to 20 years
for aggravated assault. The sentences will run concurrently. If Terry Barlow would of went on trial he
could of faced up to life in prison.
