A man wanted in Hardin County, who is on the Texas top 10 fugitive list, is in custody. 34-year old
Derwin Benard Arline was taken into custody in Tyler. An arrest warrant out of Hardin County
for aggravated sexual assault of a child and indecency with a child with sexual contact was issued last
month. Arline also has a similar warrant in Panola County in June of 2022.
