The SWAT team with the Port Arthur Police Department was called to a home in the 1200 block of
Lakeview Tuesday night when a man refused to come out of a house following a disturbance. After
about two hours, the SWAT team assisted police officers in taking the man in custody. The man would
not cooperate with police.
