The Jefferson County grand jury has indicted 27-year old Joshua Mendez. of Port Arthur, for indecency
with a child. On March 28th Mendez was caught by a family member pinning down a 4-year girl on a
couch on Woodlawn Street in Port Arthur. Mendez was attempting to remove the child’s clothing.
