A man that wants to go back to prison has been indicted by the Jefferson County grand jury. 69-year old
Jimmy Maynard, of Beaumont, is accused of the April 6th robbery of the PNC Bank on I-10 in Beaumont.
After handing the teller a robbery note asking for five dollars, Maynard waited for police to arrive to
arrest him.
