Port Arthur police are investigating a homicide. The shooting occurred Saturday night in the parking lot
of the Prince Hall Apartments in the 1000 block of W 14th Street. 45-year old Donyel Delmar, of Port
Arthur, was transported to Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont where he died. At last report an
arrest had not been made.
