A 20-year old Port Arthur man has been indicted on two counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child.
Juan Pagoada is accused of sexually assaulting his sister. In 2018, when the victim was eight years old,
she told her teacher about the sexual assaults saying they started when she was five years old.
