Port Arthur police are investigating a homicide. 29-year old Jhamiah Dixon was shot and killed just
before midnight Wednesday in the parking lot of the Port Arthur Townhomes in the 3500 block of
Turtle Creek Drive. Dixon was pronounced dead at the scene. Police are searching for the gunman.
