Police in West Orange have identified a man that was struck and killed by a vehicle last week. 43-year old
Kevin Earl Kirklin died after being hit by a vehicle Thursday in the 1600 block of Western Avenue. He was
pronounced dead at the scene. No charges will be filed against the driver.
