Kidnapping charges have been filed against 29-year old Georgianna Latasha Randall, of Beaumont in
connection with the abduction of 2-year old Braylon Marquis Alexander Lee Harris, who was reported
missing Wednesday and located safe yesterday morning. Charges are pending against another person.
