A Hamshire man convicted by an Orange County jury for intoxication manslaughter wants the judge to
set his sentence. 41-year old Dallas Hemmenway was crashed his pickup on West Circle Drive in Vidor
in February of 2021. The wreck killed his brother, Tyra Hemmenway. Judge Steve Parkhurst will sentence
