A murder suspect is jailed. 17-year old Jordon Edmondson was arrested yesterday by the warrant
division of the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Department. Edmonson is a suspect in Tuesday morning’s
shooting death of 36-year old Freddie Alfred in the 1200 block of Fairway in Beaumont. Edmonson is
being held on a $900,000 bond.
